Visiting Tryk Tryk Tryk.
When I visited Copenhagen a few weeks ago I got to visit Tryk Tryk Tryk prior to its opening. A new and recently-opened space by Louise Hold Sidenius (Art and the Academy), Brett Bloom (member of Temporary Services, Let’s Remake and art publication online store and imprint Half Letter Press), and Bonnie Fortune (her own website and in Let’s Remake). It’s a new bookstore, gallery/exhibition space and print shop that just opened March 26. It was beautifully designed to show and sell art publications, and there is a beautiful coffee shop opening inside as well. It’s an inspiring hybrid space.
I visited just prior to the opening, so my photos below show only work in progress, but I find that inspiring as well. I am excited for the many projects and publications and events that will come out of there.

I helped paint one day. Here’s my improvised shoe covers.

Here’s one view of the print shop. The other room wasn’t complete at photo time and now houses the store, gallery and coffeeshop.

A Heidelberg press! They also have a risograph machine and screenprinting equipment.
